Hill Air Force Museum

The kids have been bugging me to take them here. I didn't want to but gave in one day because we were all bored. Right next to it is the Roy historical Museum. It was a snore-fest for me, but the kids loved it. They got to make rockets and shoot them off. And they got to dress up in pilot/astronaut suits. It was also very hot and muggy in the museum. There was no air conditioner and it stunk like an old gym locker. The things we do for our kids.

On the 24th we went on a hike with the kids. It was hot and we went somewhere we haven't been before. The trail was downhill to begin, and that is never a good thing. We used up all our energy on the way out and had none on the way back, going up hill. Kieryn was a trooper and hardly cried at all. I made sure that she was well hydrated and gave her little snacks along the way. When we finally got back to the car we were all spent. Kieryn got cranky, and five minuets after we started home she upchucked everything. Blec. It must have been an entire gallon of urp. Lets just say it wasn't a pleasant ride home. She was fine the rest of the day although. It must have been motion sickness from being in the back pack I guess.

Kieryn loves books. Mailey is a great big sister. She is always playing with Kieryn or entertaining her.

Jackson's Baptism

I can't believe my second born is eight. That makes me feel old. It was good day for all of us. Jackson said afterward that "Getting baptized is fun!" I think it may have been because he got a lot of cards and presents more than the baptism itself. Who doesn't like presents? We love you Jackson, and are so proud of you.

Kieryns first time at a splash pad

On our trip to St. George we had to visit the splash pad, it was sooo hot. Kieryn loves water. Anytime she gets in the tub or anywhere near water she washes her hair with it. It's really cute, until she finds that water from out of the toilet. Hey, at least she's not drinking it though. I know most of these pictures are of Kieryn, but she is just so fun to see experiencing everything for the first time.

Graduation for Cole

So it has been a while since I updated. Cole graduated from preschool. Here he is in his graduation hat. What a cutie.
