Is it genetic?

This morning Mailey wanted to pick up Kieryn. She was in her portable swing, it sits about six inches from the ground maybe less. Lately, Kieryn has become pretty wiggly and when you pick her up sometimes she gets really excited. So Mailey picks her up and promptly drops her. Yikes! Luckily it wasn't to far from the ground. She fell on her forehead. Anyway she starts to scream, mostly cause she's scared. Of course I rushed over and took her from Mailey, and tried to console her. Mailey then started to cry because she felt so bad. I told her that when she was three months old I accidently dropped her. I was on my back holding her up in the air, like supper man, when I lost my grip on her and she came down head first on top of me instead of the floor although. It was Christmas Eve morning and I cried most of the day, because I felt so bad. Mailey stopped crying and said, "So you dropped me?" And I said,"Yep, sorry about that." Then she said "I guess it runs in my blood then." I had a good laugh. When all else fails, blame it on your gene pool. Maybe, my mom dropped me on my head too. I'll have to ask her about that.

My last baby brother, got married

So I had a busy weekend. My youngest brother got married, and we had his fiance's bridal shower the day before they got married. Everyone had so much going on this month that it was the only day available. I can't believe that all eight of us are all married now. Pretty crazy how time flys. They got married at a reception center up the Provo canyon, just past Vivian Park. I had never knew there was so much up that way. It was really pretty, and the weather was great. Well, congrats bro, we love you.

St. George

We went to St. George this weekend to visit my sister and for a mini vacation. We had a lot of fun. The car ride wasn't even that bad. Keiryn was pretty good for her first long car trip. Scott went golfing with my bro-in-law Jared, while my sister and I took the kids to do other stuff. We fed the ducks, went to the splash pad, went shopping at the outlets, and to Jumping Jacks. Our kids dont get to see thier cousins very much, so they had fun just playing at the house too. My sister and I had fun just visiting, without worrying about the cost of the phone bill we usually have. Sorry about the video at the end, It is sideways.

The 24th

On the 24th Scott and I didn't want to travel to either of our family's places. We have been in the car way to much lately, and Kieryn hates the car. The parade in Ogden was to early in the morning, and Kieryn has to have a morning nap or she's cranky. It is amazing how much a baby changes what you are and are not willing to do. Any way, we decided to go on a hike with our kids up Ogden canyon. As you can see Kieryn was very excited about the whole thing. The other Kids complained about how far it was, then asked if they could do it again another time. I had fun, even if Kieryn cried fifty percent of the time. I think we will do it again sometime.

So I am sure most of you have heard about the splash pad in South Ogden. It's free and it isn't a pool, so you dont have to worry about your kids drowning. My Sister, lives in St. George and says these are all over the place there. Hopefully they will catch on here and start doing them all over too.

Kieryn's three month pictures

So I Finally got Kieryn's Pictures taken, and of course she wouldn't smile at all. The closest we could get to a smile was this grimace. It's still cute of course, and it is so Kieryn, It's hard to get her to smile anytime.

Krukiewicz Campout 2009

Mailey was the only one of our family to go to my family's campout this year because I didn't want to take a three month old camping. Call me crazy, I didn't think it would be much fun. Any who, Maily had fun and she got to spend some time with her cousins that she doesn't see much anymore. These are the picture's of her there.
